Most of us entered the new year with hopes and dreams for the future. But, at the same time, we know we live in a pretty broken world. Through the six weeks of this A Dream Unfinished series, we explored our "unfinished dreams" of understanding, equality, purpose, justice, healing, and peace... and found hope in the midst of it all!
Due to technical difficulty, there is no video for Sunday, January 21st. :(

Series: After the Storm
September 17 through September 24, 2017
On Sunday, September 10th, Hurricane Irma rolled through Plantation. We were spared the worst of the storm, but it ravaged our friends in the Caribbean, the Keys, and West Florida. This came quickly on the heels of Hurricane Harvey, which devastated East Texas. In this 2-week series, we look at our response to the storm through the lens of two passages. First, the words of the Prophet Micah 6:6-8. Second, the Three General Rules offered by John Wesley, the 18th century priest who launched the movement that became the United Methodist Church.
No sermon for September 10, 2017, as Hurricane Irma came to visit us in South Florida. We did, however, have an At Home Worship Service!
Series: Poetry of God
August 6th through September 3, 2017
Right in the middle of our Bible, we have an exquisitely beautiful collection of ancient poetry. During this five-week series, we'll explore just a few of the 150 Psalms, looking at their message for us today!
Series: Broken Chains
June 25th through July 30, 2017
This sermon series was based on the story of Joseph in Genesis, the first book of the Bible. It’s the story of a family that lived over 4000 years ago, but whose struggles still resonate today!
Series: Made For This
May 21st through June 18th, 2017
This series was based on the theme of our 2017 Vacation Bible School ("VBS"). Sermons were focused on the letter to the Ephesians, building on what the kids explored June 12th-16th: “Maker Fun Factory”! The Sanctuary was increasingly filled with VBS decorations, with more added each Sunday!
